The world is eating more and more healthy food, with more and further away from the processed foods we were eating when we were kids.

That is, we are eating more plant-based foods like nuts, beans, lentils and other legumes, as well as less processed food.

The world’s average population is estimated to have grown by nearly 15% from 2016 to 2020, and a third of the world’s population is expected to live in cities.

As more and longer commutes are made possible, more people are choosing to eat more plant foods and less processed ones.
