The National Basketball Assocation announced Tuesday it has signed two new members to its new leadership team, bringing the number of members to 12.

The National Basketball Coaches Association announced Tuesday that former NBA players Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar have joined its coaching team.

The group will play a two-game series against the Detroit Pistons in 2019 and 2020.

The National Association of Basketball Coaching Assistants, which oversees the NBA’s coaching staffs, will also join the group.

The NBA’s new leadership has a history of recruiting talent from across the country.

The last team to join the National Association was the New Orleans Hornets in 2013, which is one of the NBA teams most recent additions.
