US manufacturer of mills and mills’ equipment will not build new plant in Georgia

— The American Millwork Solutions plant will remain in Georgia after all, the company announced Thursday.

The decision follows a lawsuit filed by Savannah millworkers who sued Millsmill Solutions over what they allege was unsafe millwork conditions.

The company, based in Atlanta, said Thursday it would stay open for up to a year after a settlement was reached with the plaintiffs.

It said it would invest $30 million in the plant and hire 300 additional workers to replace some of the workers who have left.

Millsmill, a U.S. subsidiary of Kimberly-Clark, is based in Chicago.

Millsmills said it has not yet decided whether to continue manufacturing in Georgia.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been investigating Millsmill for decades over alleged health and safety problems at the Savannah plant, which has been in operation for more than 30 years.

The workers allege the mill uses excessive force and is prone to respiratory problems and injuries.

MillsMill’s owners and workers also have a claim against Millsmill that was filed in U.P. Superior Court in Atlanta in March 2016.

Mills Mill Solutions, based on the Georgia name of the company, has produced millwork equipment for a number of years.

Mills is a subsidiary of U.K.-based Intex, which manufactures millwork products in the U.G. The Atlanta-based company was founded in 2000 and has factories in Alabama, Florida and Virginia.

The Savannah mill workers’ lawsuit alleges Mills Mill’s production of millwork is dangerous.

In a statement to Fox News, Millsmill said it was disappointed by the decision, and that it was “working closely with Georgia Bureau OF Investigation investigators.”

Millsmill has said the plant has improved safety measures and is working with Georgia officials to address safety concerns.

It also said the millworks were not in violation of Georgia state safety codes.

The plant is one of five mills Millsmill operates in Georgia and the largest mill in the United States.

MillsMills Solutions is based at a new facility on the edge of Savannah, Georgia.

It is expected to open in late 2019.

Mills millworks is one company that was forced to move its production out of a Georgia factory in the 1990s because of unsafe millworks conditions.
